1. How long will it take to get my order?
Orders take 3–5 business days to process before shipping. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days within the US.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders over $39.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number to your email. You can use it to check the latest delivery status.
4. What if my item is damaged or defective?
Please record an unboxing video and contact our support team immediately. We will help you resolve the issue quickly.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

6. Can I cancel or change my order?
You can request to cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of payment. Once processing starts, we can no longer make changes.
7. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to the United States.Looking forward to expanding to more regions in the future.
